Abstract

How many times have we seen our parents ask family or friends for advice regarding whether they know a painter? The reality is that there is no reference. There are hardly any companies that are dedicated to providing services of this type and we are not talking only about painting floors, but about all the necessary measures "to fine-tune" property and make it habitable by its owners. In fact, the vast majority of painters work as freelancers. Many of these freelancers have already realized the need to promote themselves in the market and use digital marketing tools (website, RRSS) to attract customers. We propose to create a company that focuses on this economic activity and becomes a reference for consumers.
Our business model aims to cover B2B and B2C, that is, both individuals who want to paint their floor and those companies that want to carry out their activity. At first, we will focus more on individuals since we believe that they are customers with easier access, but we also know that we have no impediment to providing the service to companies, it is true that the way of operating will be different (since we will not be guided by the standard model for contracting the service) and an appointment will be made for the management of the service and its negotiation. That is why we will not close ourselves to this type of client and thus be able to increase our sales volume. In the beginning, we will focus on the province of Barcelona since traveling to a very distant point would excessively increase the costs of the service and we do not believe that the client would be willing to assume them. When the client enters our website, they will see in a highlighted way the possibility of receiving an online quote, once they have accessed "Request a quote" they will be asked a series of questions to acquire information for the realization of the project, these will give response to: (personal data, address, contact telephone number and location of the place to provide the service). Later on, information regarding the floor will be requested such as a number of square meters, rooms to be painted, state of the walls, color and type of paint desired, current color, existence of imperfections and height and length of the walls, and when you want it to perform the service. The possibility of complementing this information with photos of the house in question will be offered. All this information will be analyzed by our agents who will transfer a budget that will be met as long as the information transmitted by the client is true and does not contain significant changes. The compensation system will be as follows:
A service contract will be signed with the client, once then it must correspond to the payment of 30% of the total budget as a sign of willingness to continue with the process. The payment of the remaining 70% will be made once the reform has been carried out and the provisions of the initial deal have been complied with.
The client will be offered a 1-year guarantee and in the event that he claims and his complaint is justified based on what was agreed at the time, he will offer to fix the error completely free of charge.
