Abstract

The main objective of the present project is to study the viability of commercializing a license based on prediction models for general anesthesia so that these can be incorporated into existing monitoring equipment built by other companies, in such a way that it is possible to market a product that will not only bring benefits to the patient receiving the anesthesia doses, but also to the medical team and hospitals around the world.
In order to market this product internationally and to see if it will have a positive projection, a PESTEL analysis and an analysis of the current market will be carried out, supported by a strategic plan, a marketing plan, an operations plan and an economic plan. In addition, the Business Plan that will be shown next, complements the IQS Final Degree Project developed in the Industrial Engineering branch (“Development of Machine Learning algorithms for general anesthesia”) in which it has been studied and developed a little part of the prediction models that want to be marketed.
