Abstract

Cricket SL is a company dedicated to the manufacture of food based on grill flour. The products it offers range from protein bars to burgers, both with grill as a staple. This business plan includes an in-depth description of the business process to be carried out, as well as a three-year forecast of the company's finances. Its purpose is to ensure the viability of such a project and its survival over time. The products we want to distribute are segmented into two different customer profiles. Both can appreciate the properties of a product like ours from both sides. On the one hand, the so-called flexitarians, who find in our product a form of sustainable and environmentally friendly food. And, on the other hand, athletes who appreciate foods with a higher degree of protein in their diet.
The success of this project will be dictated by the acceptance of a proposal as presented. Of note is a boom in consumer concern about their environmental decisions. This work considers the different benefits of an insect-based diet, the biggest of which is undoubtedly the presentation of a scalable model without harming the environment. The direction and implementation of this project depends on the founders of the project: Santiago Casadejus and Alex Busquets. Who will actively lead the project from the early stages to its growth. Throughout this project, an economic projection of the three-year income statement is contemplated, as well as a balance sheet and cash flows. The planned scenarios show that the project is profitable in its early stages. This scenario is very promising as it offers the possibility of accepting investor capital for future expansion with more market projections.
