Abstract
The Final Degree Project deals with the creation of a logistics system for a generic company in the automotive sector. In order to achieve the project a process is carried out that allows to improve the operability and effectiveness in the logistics field of the company.
Two points of resolution are presented to be able to apply the change in the process. On the first resolution method applied affects directly to the outsourcing
of activities and considers the incorporation of specialized personnel and the figure of a logistics operator. On the other hand, digitization requires RFID
technology with antennas that capture the movements of the material with a management platform system.
In addition, the planning of the entire project is presented, as well as an estimation of the costs to be able to implement all the actions that are described in the project work.
