Abstract

The lyophilization process is a commonly used technique, especially in the alimentary and pharmaceutical industry. In this assignment the theory surrounding the process, its advantages and disadvantages, their Applications are studied. Finally, it is described the start-up of the TELSTA LIOALFA-10, located in Institut Quimic de Sarria, Ramon Llull University.
